Perfect construction, quality and looks beautiful. It is a wonderfully versatile exercise and stretching tool. Highly recommend!
This was a request from my 11 yo competitive gymnast. Was going to try to build a stall bar at first but this was much was easier and not much more expensive than starting from scratch. It was easy to put together with a screw gun. It has a lightly finished surface which will keep it cleaner. It fit well on our wall and avoided the baseboard. The hardware that came for attaching to the wall was worthless - 2 screws sheared off immediately. It needed 4 long screws to attach the wood cross pieces to the studs and some good drywall anchors and screws to attach the metal brackets. It seems fairly sturdy. It is not tall enough for my 200 lb husband to do much on but can hang on it just fine. We put it in the hallway across from a door and that works well.
This is surprisingly strong for the price. We have 2 of them for Yoga class and holds even a 225 lb individual. Just make sure you hit the Studs or concrete!!!!!
Just what I needed for my stretching routine. Easy to assemble and very nice finished quality.
Great build quality. My father in law and I attached it to the basement stud wall. Been wanting one of these for awhile for my daughters gymnastics training so pleased I finally got it. I have also started using the black exercise strap for my morning routine - AWESOME! Took some time to assemble but from my research all of these units are a bit hard to assemble so was expecting that.
Love it!!! A very handsome addition to our sanctuary aside from the thousands of reasons everyone home should have one??????
This ladder is really well-made and the TRX band which comes with it is worth the price alone. One of the best purchases I have made maybe ever. I'm 55-years-young and use this to attach different therabands for various exercises. I wondered about the quality since it was so inexpensive compared to many others but I can't see how it can be any better made than this one. My chiropractor told me that the TRX band is the only thing I will need for exercise for the rest of my life and after using it I can see why.
Was a little hard to put together, let's just say an extra pair of hands makes it so much easier. Once assembled though it is much sturdier than the other designs I researched as the posts are around 3 x 3 inches of solid timber -so this is definitely a heavy-duty design. Would definitely buy again but don't think I'll have to as this is designed/engineered to last a lifetime. Favourite part was the included exercise strap. Haven't seen anybody else offer this and it really turns your stall bar into a full body workout machine!
Really great buy. So happy with my purchase. I got the box and got it set up. It's really bulky and heavy so I needed my boyfriend's help with it. It mounts to the wall and everything came in the box ready to go. I've been using it for a few months now and I'm happy with it. Really sturdy too.
