Aside from the horrific smell in the fabric that took a week of airing out to dissipate, the piece is basically fine. All of the suffocation warning labels (permanently sewn on so we can't remove them, quite unsightly) plastered everywhere are a bit much, but obviously the company wants to protect itself. The plastic clips that attach the accessory holder were bent but we made them work, wouldn't return a large item like this because of it. We won't be using the crib that much (grandparents) but for our purposes it is sufficient for the time being.
Awesome design for the price. It came with two screwdrivers to assemble the bassinets. And I have never seen a pack n play come as a bed side sleeper as well. Very glad I purchased for my twins!!

It's so comfortable and price friendly for the value it offers. The setup was a bit tricky but we figured it out. Delivery timeline was prompt with regular updates. My twins love it and I'm glad having them by my bedside. It's such a good luxury. Thanks for offering great products like joymor bassinet. I wish I could keep them in it beyond their infant ages but they grow too fast. I recommend Joymor for twins babies. No extra accessories needed after purchase. It's a great deal.
I really like this product as it allows me to take care of my two babies at the same time. The detachable bassinet is convenient for me to carry around wherever I go. Especially when I have to leave the room and go somewhere else, I don't feel comfortable leaving my babies alone. The bassinet really solves this problem for me. However, it would be better if it didn't require unzipping every time. It can be a bit cumbersome. Overall, I really like this product.
My daughter gave birth to a pair of twins, and this is the gift I gave her. She is very pleased with it.
Overall, it's pretty good and meets my needs. I'm giving it 4 stars because there was a small issue with the logistics, but the customer service was very helpful in resolving it. I hope they don't use this terrible logistics service in the future.
there are no reviews, I was hesitant about whether or not to purchase this product. In the end, I decided to give it a try since it has a free return policy. When I received the product, it exceeded my expectations. The two small baskets can be easily removed, and the size of the bed is also large. There are extra bed sheets that can be changed and washed. I really love this product. Highly recommended.
