This bed needs to be assembled. All the pieces are well marked and easy to find. The installation instructions are easy to follow and complete.

The hardest part was getting the L brackets lined up with the screws to get the corners put together. It is easier if you have help.

The wooden slats have Velcro on the ends and don't require screws, which makes it quicker and easier to set up.

The frame material is soft, and the bed is the perfect size for a crib mattress with minimal gaps and a good fit. The sides are thick enough to provide solid edges and stability.

The curves on all the pieces give the design some style and keep it from being a boring bed.

This toddler bed is so cute & very well designed, with your little one's safety in mind. It seems to be an excellent quality product, providing sturdy & safe support for your little one. With the higher sides & the fact that it is based on the floor, you don't have to worry about your baby hurting themselves. It's relatively small at just 55.9" x 31.1" x 13.3", so it can fit just about anywhere & if you have been using a crib, you can just transfer the crib mattress to the toddler bed & not have the added expense of a new mattress. A crib mattress does seem to be the perfect thickness needed. The frame itself is fairly easy to put together & the finished product is very appealing to look at, with the upholstered frame being softer than a plain wooden frame, in case your little one does fall against it or stub their toes. For a good & well thought out piece of furniture, I think this is a very good value for your money & I strongly recommend!
